Libong Nature Beach Resort is located on a long stretch of golden sand beach on the west side of Libong Island, the largest island in the Trang Sea. 

The Resort offers the natural beauty of a magical sunset by the beach, a calm breeze that blows all day, the natural surroundings of forests and mountains and a little nearby island which visitors can explore by walking across during low tide. Of all the islands in the Trang Sea, Libong Island is the easiest to get to from the mainland.

Activities:

• Relax and swim in the beach in front of our Resort and enjoy its breath taking view of the ocean and surrounding islands;

• Explore the nearby sea gypsies village of Lang Kao (which means "Village Behind the Mountain") and observe the casual lifestyle of the fishermen at work, children playing, fishermen's wives cooking etc.;

• Take our island hopping trip on our boat the "Rasa Sayang" to Koh Kradan, Koh Cheuk and Koh Rok to snorkel in its crystal clear waters. This trip also takes you to Koh Mook and into its ever charming Emerald Cave;

• Go fishing in the nearby waters rich with marine life;

• Rent a motorbike for a day to explore the beauty of the whole island and visit its friendly villages;

• Visit Libong Bird Sanctuary to see the thousands of birds that fly all the way from Siberia each year to escape the cold winter and find refuge around Koh Libong

• Seek out sea cows (dugongs), a gentle but endangered species that feed on sea grass found only in the waters of Koh Libong

• Try our large variety of fresh Thai seafood dishes from our Fishermen's Kitchen with a Sea view Restaurant.
