integrated PADI 5-Star Dive-Center AO NANG DIVERS or, as a trained diver,
explore the fascinating underwater world. Between May and October,
AO NANG DIVERS offer daily
diving by Longtail boat to the local dive sites around the islands of Ao Nang
and between November and April, their very comfortable 18m-Dive-Vessel "Chok
Suda" is heading the most exciting sites in the whole region. AO NANG
DIVERS is also offering the trip to the fantastic Maya Bay at the Phi Phi
Islands, where in January 1999 the shooting for the film "The Beach"
starring with main actor Leonardo di Caprio, was taking place. Many of their
daytrips are also very suitable for snorkeling
Accommodation:
The Krabi Seaview Resort offers 17 bungalows as well as additional guest rooms.
All bungalows, each with a small balcony - are equipped with air-conditioning
and fan, western-standard toilet, hot water shower, minisafe and minibar as well
as a direct-dial out phone. The guest rooms are equipped with fan and cold water
shower only.

Roof" is all year long open daily from 7 am to 11.30 am and from 5 pm to 11
pm. Select unique Thai specialties, delicious seafood as well as many European
dishes from the large menu. Although the Thai cooks of "The Roof" are
specialized in cooking Thai Food, they also very well know how to cook European
meals such as "Beef Filet Sauce Bearnaise", the well known Swiss
specialty "Zurich Minced Beef with creamy sauce and Roeschti" or many
other well known European dishes. |

Daily
Excursions
Due
to the central position , many places and attractions can be reached on daily
excursions. The resort is not only offering trips to the well known Tiger Caves,
to the "Fossil Shells", to the Waterfalls, the Hot Springs or the Fish
Farm, but also to the famous James Bond Island, which became so well known due
to the Film shooting "The man with the golden gun". We are also
offering trips to the Phi Phi Islands, the caves from Pang Nga, the mangrove
swamps and many more. You are free to discover all this by bike, motorbike or
safest by minibus, but also sometimes also by canoe or by Longtail boat.
Unforgettable for those who like the nature is also a trip over 1-2 days to the
beautiful Kao Sok National park. Enjoy yourselves

Beach and Sea
The
beach of Ao Nang is about 150 meters from the Resort, about 2km long and
consists of very fine sand mixed with small pieces of shells. The whole region
around Ao Nang is under National Park Law and therefore all activities which
might cause noise (except of Longtail boats) or which might cause air pollution
are strictly prohibited
Walking
and Shopping
There
are many shops in Ao Nang, which are more or less offering anything what you
might looking for. There are Photo Shop's, then small Supermarkets and also many
tailors have their business in Ao Nang. Of course, there are also many shop
selling the whole variety of faked fashion as well as all the watches with well
known brand names but a little bit less quality. For high quality fashion, we
strongly recommend you our "house tailor" King's Fashion from Krabi
Town, which without any doubt delivers the best possible quality of work and
service. You can also do some shopping in Krabi Town and you can best and
cheapest reach the city cheapest and best by public taxi in about 30-45 minutes.
Beside of many different shop, you will there find a typical Thai Market as well
as a Department Store with offering goods with European standards.
Golf
Do
you play golf? Krabi reopened it? a 9-hole Golf Course "Pakasai Country
Club" (see picture on top) on 01.03.2000. Reachable within about 40 minutes
by car, this fresh renovated Golf Course offers you an ideal and very affordable
playing ground in a very lovely surrounding (incl. driving range). All well
known golf courses around and on Phuket Island (incl. the PGA-Course "Blue
Canyon") can also comfortably be reached within 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours
driving. By the way, Golf equipment is carried by caddie's all over Thailand!

AO NANG DIVERS of the KRABI SEAVIEW RESORT, is offering all courses from SCUBA
Diver to Assistant Instructor as well as day- and live-a-board trips for
certified divers, many of them also very suitable for snorkeling.
